On Discovering Personal Artistic Vision

Hey guys!
I have art friends and just people I know that are struggling on bringing their own flavor to their art work. Many already know that you have to spend a lot of time pursuing technical skills to get anywhere but it always seems an issue for many to go beyond plain technical practice.
